sick day
Hi everyone. I hope you'll bear with me - it's proving to be tough getting Bac' (there she is up there) stabilized. She's interested in food, but very picky and not eating enough. This after she was doing so very well on anti - and pro - biotics. Oh dear. I can't ask too much from a 14-year old cat, but I guess I want to. *Update* It seems this dear kitty probably has intestinal cancer; I won't put her through biopsies to prove it, but that is what it's looking like. So. I will hope for the best, prepare for the worst, and treat her like a queen till it's time to set her free. Thank you for your kind thoughts - I know many of you have seen me go through this two times already (with Zozo and Sally).

Purr for your sweet kitty! Time for a cuddling warm day in the sun.
xx Trish
Oh Curator we are so sorry to hear this news. Hold her tight for as long as you can. Purrs and hugs to you all.
We're sorry to hear the bad news... all you can ever do is make each day count.
Sending good thoughts your way Curator. Give her kisses from us.
Sad news about your kitty and know what you're going through. I had the best cat in the whole world come down with pancreatitis (after hyperthyroidism, diabetes and renal failure) and tried to save her through extraordinary measures that ultimately failed. I still feel guilty because I should have had the courage to say goodbye much earlier.
Dear Curator, we are very sorry to read this news about Baci. We send you and her rumbly purrs of the largest order. We think you are doing a good thing not putting her through biopsies. May you have much love filled time together..
Sending love

Dear friends, you are so kind and such a great comfort. Baci doesn't seem unhappy. She just wears away a little bit each day, gently...not a bad way to go. We will see, and till then we here spoil her with attention. I wasn't doing at all well Monday but I think I have a little more strength now. Thanks to all of you.
But, are you sure she has cancer?:( I hope not. Get well soon....
Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrs...
