I looked up "Snab," which seems to mean "legs" and "stain." I didn't have much luck with the others, but I did find this excellent list of Ancient Egyptian first names!

Afrikaisi........."from the Egyptian hills is an interesting one. I wonder if it's the origin of the word Africa.
I wonder that too. The names do have a rare strange loveliness to them, I think.
