Here's Theodor Kleehaas before 1929 with "Vergnugtes Spiel auf dem Hofe," which translates roughly to "Fun Playing in the Yard." Kleehaas' work was noted for its luminous innocence, and you can surely see that here (I love how those rabbits are wary, but staying faithfully at their baby-supporting posts).
